
A selection of suggested services
- Initial Health Assessment:
Individual screening of each person consists of:
- 30 minutes direct contact for body composition
analysis (bodyfat, lean bodyweight, hydration levels,
calorieexpenditure etc)
- Blood pressure
- Resting pulse rate
- Delivery of self-completed questionnaire (assessing
health and fitness history, dietary intake, medical
history etc). This will be assessed by myself and a
response of suggestions will be returned.
One hour + (includes questionnaire evaluation).
- One Hour Seminar on Benefits and Types of Exercise:
Includes Q & A session and handouts.

- One Hour Seminar on Healthy Eating Programs:

- Re-evaluation every 6-8 weeks:
Includes body composition analysis, blood pressure, resting
pulse rate, feedback/update on exercise and eating programs.
- Construct and demonstrate initial exercise programs:
Gym based cardio-vascular and resistance exercise.
One hour sessions in groups of 5 including practical demonstrations
and program handouts.
- Personal one-on-one training sessions:
One hour gym based sessions for selected staff - can include
resistance exercise, cardio-vascular conditioning, self-defence,
stretching programs, sports development etc.
