
T he course shall be held over weekends and encompasses an overview
of:
- nutrients
- energy systems
- pre/post training nutrition
- fat-loss regimes
- hydration
- ergogenic aids and
- supplementation regimes etc.


The course is validated by the English Federation of Body-Builders
(EFBB), who have recently gained official recognition with
the International Olympic Committee.
