500 ml fresh, pure orange juice = 10 1/2 heaped teaspoons
Bottle of "reduced sugar" water = 16 1/2 heaped teaspoons
Small low fat yoghurt = 5 1/2 heaped teaspoons
Low fat sweet & sour chicken = 7 heaped teaspoons
Low fat carrot cake (100g) = 8 1/2 heaped teaspoons
Orange and carrot health drink = 12 heaped teaspoons
Reduced sugar jam (100g) = 11 heaped teaspoons
Small serving of low fat muesli = 6 heaped teaspoons
"Get Your Vits" Drink = 4 1/2 heaped teaspoons
1 Serving of "Slimfast" = 6 heaped teaspoons
1 Bottle of 35% High Juice Cordial = 125 heaped teaspoons!
